Heart failure is a progressive disease that significantly impacts quality of life and mortality. It is a leading contributor to global cardiovascular healthcare costs, driven primarily by frequent hospital admissions.

Current diagnostic and monitoring tools struggle with diagnostic ambiguity. Subtle haemodynamic shifts often precede clinical symptoms by days or weeks, leaving interventions reactive rather than preventive. Diastolic dysfunction is often missed in presence of Afib, or only exerts in exercise.
